Jarred E. ElmJarred2016ar is the managing partner of The Geneva Group. Mr. Elmar has 16 years of real estate experience in leasing, sales, acquisitions and property management.

Since 1999 Mr. Elmar and his partners have been acquiring and managing commercial real estate with over 1.3 million square feet of retail, industrial, multi-family and residential acquisitions to date. Mr. Elmar focuses primarily on neighborhood retail centers, small bay warehouses and multi family (100+) Apartment complexes. Prior to 1998 Mr. Elmar attended Kennesaw State, located in Kennesaw Georgia, where he focused on finance, and economics. Mr. Elmar began his real estate career in the Atlanta Georgia Metro area, where he worked in sales and finance. Until recently, Mr. Elmar hosted a financial radio show on WSBR radio 5 days a week for 7 years. He has been featured on several radio talk shows and TV to discuss how money works rather than how one particular investment or asset class may perform. His shows “Cashing In” and “Smart Money” were dedicated to the “no nonsense” approach of how money moves. He was a catalyst for many innovative concepts and investment alternative strategies that are now considered the “standard” in the financial services industry.

Mr. Elmar is a self-educated entrepreneur. He has created an impressive real estate portfolio both past and present with no formal education or previous experience. He is also a public speaker with platform lectures such as:

He currently serves on the board of advisors for the Jewish Federation of Broward County as well as the Federation’s real estate division as co-chair of “The Real Estate Network”

He also serves on the board of Advisors for Woamtec of Boca Raton.  The premier women’s business group.

Aaron M. Goldberg is Director of Operations for the Geneva Group. Mr. Goldberg is a Licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida with an extensive construction management background including high profile projects in the Broward and Palm Beach areas with projects ranging in size from $17 Million to $150 Million dollars. Projects include various public schools, office buildings ranging in size from 350,000 to 650,000 square feet. One of which is the iconic Office Depot headquarters which is over 650,000 square feet. He was one of the lead project managers for the FAU Football stadium which seats 35,000 attendees. Mr. Goldberg has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience. His real estate experience includes the purchase of multi-unit apartment complexes throughout Northeast, FL where he managed extensive renovations and forced appreciation in short time period though his management principles and marketing systems. Mr. Goldberg graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Christofer C. Ashby, PhD, MBA-Advisory Board. Dr. Christofer C Ashby, PhD has over 20 years experience in structured finance, mergers and acquisitions and operational management in the real estate, telecommunication, banking, shipping and insurance sectors. He held the position of Director in Ernst & Young’s Privatization and Utilities Group and later as Corporate Finance Director in Deloitte & Touche Central Eastern Europe. As a real estate investor and developer, he currently owns and is developing projects in the Southern Caribbean, Czech Republic and United States. He graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Accounting. He has multiple Graduate degrees including Masters and Doctoral degrees from The University of Southern California where he attended under full scholarship, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. He completed postdoctoral research as a Fulbright Scholar in Seville Spain. He has been a keynote speaker at The Economist Intelligent Unit, European Venture Capital Association and The Central European Bankers Forum. In the area of Philanthropy, Dr. Ashby is Chairman and CEO of The Ashby Windward Foundation, a private 501c3 which provides medical care to the citizens of the islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique in the Southern Caribbean.

Michael Lee, CPA, is a tax consultant for The Geneva Group. MR Lee has over 32 years of experience in the field of Taxation. Mr. Lee worked for the world’s third largest accounting firm for 15 years which included tours of duty in the London, England and Los Angeles offices. He then spent 10 plus years as the Tax partner of the largest regional firm in the Midwest overseeing a tax practice of over 75 individuals. In 2006 he and a group of professionals from that firm formed Crown Pointe Financial Services a boutique tax firm that specializes in real estate.

Mr. Lee is on the Kent State Accounting advisory board and the board of the International Institute. He has had numerous articles published in such periodicals as the journal of Taxation. He has also spoken at numerous conferences on the topic of Real Estate Taxation most recently at the University of Akron’s annual tax seminar. Mr. Lee graduated with honors from Kent State University.
